For decades, spaceborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imagery has been the gold standard for critical monitoring tasks, seeing through clouds, smoke, dust, and darkness to provide reliable insights under any conditions. Until now, no commercial radar sensors have met the weight, power and performance requirements to bring the benefits of high-resolution SAR on a drone.
